I stayed for a layover and found the location convenient for exploring. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, making it easy to relax after my travels. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh options that added to my enjoyment. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the overall tidiness of my room, which made my short stay pleasant.

It was nice time in Sao Paulo. Perfect hotel with pleasant stuff, I appreciated marvellous location. The standard room was good-sized and silent. Location: the property was not far from São Paulo, Brasil, restaurants, and the Shopping mall. There was Jeti's Burger & Grill nearby to grab something to eat.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the prime location! It was super easy to walk to nearby attractions and grab an Uber when needed. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable, which made for a cozy stay. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

My experience wasn't all great. Some amenities like the Wi-Fi were spotty, and the breakfast options felt pretty basic and bland. it had potential but it fell short in a few key areas.

Excellent localization and staff! It was more than I expected! Value for money, I paid a just and fair price and had a very good service. If I had to come back to Sao Paulo I am certain that I will stay at Estanplaza International.

The shuttle service has to be more effective and attend more guests, because I had this problem there. The internet wi-fi can only connect in one device, for example: If I had a laptop and an ipad, I can´t connect both only one of them. I believe they can improve this problem, because nowadays more people had two or more devices.

Room amenities include everything you need like a thermostat to control the room temperature, a safe for your valuables, and a TV with lots of channels. Plus, the bed is super comfy! 😊

Comfortable hotel in reasonable area (for Sao Paulo) with nicely laid out room. Excellent friendly and helpful staff within the limits of the different language (to our English). We liked the free parking and internet (which was free inspite of what the Booked.net site said) and the complimentary breakfast was good if a bit unusual due to the cultural differnces. All in all at the price it was a good stay.

No tea making facilities in room 2. no facial tissues in bathroom even after we asked 3. the bathroom could have been cleaner (mould in shower) 4. in the breakfast restaurant in six days we didn't manage to get a proper cup of tea as there was just no boiling water provided at any stage notwithstanding frequent complaints/requests. You CANNOT make a decent cup of tea with tepid water.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The gym had outdated equipment, but treadmills were fine. The pool was a bit small and the sauna wasn't working, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We loved the facilities of this hotel, including the fantastic hot shower in our clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fruit, yogurt, omelets, different bread and cheese. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was very convenient, being very near to the shopping mall.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi at the hotel. Its location near shopping and restaurants made it easy to explore the city. the spacious room offered a comfortable bed and a night of restful sleep.

The hotel lacked sufficient sound insulation as noise from outside and neighboring rooms was often disturbing. the gym was barely functional and outdated, and the pool was too small.
